At golfprox.store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your golfing equipment purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, our exchange policy is designed to provide you with a quick and easy solution for all your golf gear needs.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Timeline: You may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: Equipment must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  3. Request: Email us at support@golfprox.store or use the Contact Us form. Please include your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.

What Can Be Exchanged?

  • Golf equipment and accessories that are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
  • Unopened and unused products, such as clubs, balls, bags, gloves, and other gear (following the above requirements).

Exchange Terms:

  • Return shipping is FREE for items that are defective or shipped incorrectly.
    For other exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We will send you a replacement item of your choice or provide store credit, whichever you prefer.
  • Products not in original condition or requests made after the 5-day window are not eligible for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Used equipment, items damaged after delivery, or missing original parts/tags.
  • Personalized, custom-fit golf products, opened golf balls or tees, or clearance/sale items.
